A Wallkill man was indicted for allegedly hiring another man to kill his neighbor.
Enoch Lowe is accused of conspiring with 24-year-old Damante Stansberry, of Middletown, to kill Lowe's neighbor with whom Lowe had long-lasting animosity.
Stansberry pleaded guilty to murder after he stabbed Lowe's 53-year-old neighbor.
Lowe is next scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 1.
